2001
Shanghai Freemen International Trading stared business with Syngenta in 2001.
2005
Shanghai Freemen Chemicals Co.,Ltd. was formed out of Shanghai Freemen International Trading Co.,Ltd in January 2005.
2007
The sales in 2007 exceeded＄100 Million US Dollars.
2008
In 2008,Shanghai Freemen Chemicals Co.,Ltd. exceeded sales of over ＄500 Million US Dollars.
2009
Shanghai Freemen Chemicals (HK) Co.,Ltd. was established in June 2009 as the wholly owned subsidiary of Shanghai Freemen Chemicals Co.,Ltd It supports HQ by providing off-shore trading, finance & investment.
2009
Shanghai Freemen Chemicals Co.,Ltd invested capital into the American company Achiewell LLC becoming a majority shareholder in that company.
2013
In 2013,Shanghai Freemen Chemicals Co.,Ltd. exceeded sales of over ＄1 Billion US Dollars.
2016
Shanghai Freemen Consultancy Co.,Ltd. was established in 2016 to deliver high quality HSE & process safety solutions to the China chemical market.
2018
Shanghai Freemen Chemicals Co.,Ltd. and our India partners established a joint venture-AkiZen LLP to focus on developing India market in 2018.
